What relationship can have the male sperm or your sofa with the years going to live? Are you sure that radioactivity can reduce the life expectancy? We can understand how someone would live with a simple handshake? Meet four indicators unexpected longevity.
1. Semen
According to researchers from Stanford University, California semen quality may be an indicator of longevity.
Semen may reveal if one is going to have longevity or not. Scientists before they arrived at this conclusion studied the medical records of more than 12,000 men, aged 20-50 years, who had fertility problems. When scientists looked after eight years these men, they found that some (70 men) had died from pathological causes at this time. http://kyleleonsreview.tumblr.com/post/85895138308/whole-grain-cereal-versus-for-weight-loss-kyle-leon
The researchers compared the causes of infertility each man with mortality and found that the volunteers was infertile because they had two or more malformations in their sperm, and had more than twice as
likely to die within eight years. According to experts it is clear that this increases the risk of death, but they can still identify it.
Two. Handshake
The strong handshake may indicate higher life expectancy, according to British researchers. Specifically, the scientists of the British Medical Research Council found that elderly people who have a strong handshake, may live longer than the rest.
According to scientists, some simple signs of physical condition, such as shaking hands, walking, the way someone gets up from a chair or can maintain his balance, related to life expectancy. The study collects data contained in 33 previous studies.
Before arriving at these conclusions the scientists analyzed these earlier studies involving tens of thousands of people, over 60 years, socially integrated. The elderly are not living in nursing homes and not hospitalized.
From 14 studies included the element of the handshake, the researchers found that those who have a strong handshake live longer than those who are weaker. The mortality rate during the survey was 67% higher for people with weak handshake from those possible.
The researchers also found that those who had been slow gait faced three times more likely to die during the study, while those who got up slowly from his chair had twice the risk compared with those who got up quickly.
Experts say, however, that more studies are needed to determine whether these criteria can serve as diagnostic tools to doctors.
Three. Exposure to radioactivity
A scientific theory of radioactivity seems to be changing our knowledge in relation to the effects of exposure of an organism to it.
Specifically, a radiologist submits that an appropriate dosage may contribute to longevity and treatment of various diseases.
The radiologist at the hospital in Leeds, Dr Bob Bury notes that people should distinguish the difference in the radioactivity levels of the low radioactivity lead to different effects on organisms.
The low amounts of radioactivity claims to have beneficial effects and even says as an example radiologists that although most exposed to radiation because of their work, show smaller percentages cancer than the general population. Even mentions a study which reports mortality rates of seafarers in nuclear-powered ships that were lower than mariners conventional ships. Several other studies indicate that the low amount of radiation activates the DNA to repair cell damage and decreases free radicals in cells.
